Fuss-Free First Year - Terms and Conditions

1. Duration of Access:
Participants in the course "Fuss-Free First Year," provided by Clarks Condensed, LLC dba The Breastfeeding Mama, will have lifetime access to the course content for as long as the course is available.

2. Refund Policy:
a. A 10-day refund policy is in place from the date of enrollment.
b. To request a refund, participants must fill out the designated refund form within the specified 10-day period.

3. Enrollment:
The course is open to anyone interested, without any restrictions on age or educational background.

4. Disclaimer - Not a Substitute for Professional Advice:
"Fuss-Free First Year" is designed for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice. Katie Clark, IBCLC, is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the course content.

5. Intellectual Property:
a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Katie Clark, IBCLC.
b. Participants are strictly prohibited from sharing their course password or any course materials with third parties.

6. Modification of Terms:
Katie Clark, IBCLC, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
